How do I scan a QR code?

Tap the Scan button in the app's navigation bar, point your camera at a QR code, and the app will automatically detect and open the linked job.

How do I add a new project?

From the Projects screen, tap the orange + button at the bottom right. Enter your project name, address, and postcode, then tap Save.

How do I generate a PDF report?

Open any job, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Generate PDF Report". The report includes all inspection outcomes, photos, and inspector details.

What's included in my subscription?

Solo (£12.99/mo) includes unlimited projects and jobs. Pro (£19.99/mo) adds inspection reminders, customer invoicing and priority support. Team (£49.99/mo) covers up to 5 users with shared projects. All plans start with a 30-day free trial.

How do I order physical QR labels?

Go to the "Buy Codes" tab, select your quantity, choose monthly or one-off purchase, enter your shipping details, and complete checkout via Stripe.

Can I use the app offline?

Yes! QR Compliance stores your data locally so you can view and add jobs without an internet connection. Data syncs when you're back online.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel.
