By downloading, accessing, or using QR Compliance ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
QR Compliance is a mobile application designed for tradespeople to manage project inspections using QR code scanning. The service includes:
Auto-Renewal: Subscription plans (Solo Plan and Pro Plan) are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancellation during the trial prevents any charges.
Pricing:
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store policies.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. QR Compliance and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
The App is a tool to assist with record-keeping and does not replace professional compliance advice or official inspection requirements.
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Houra Innovations and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
